Executive Picture Editor
Ayperi Karabuda Ecer is Vice-President of Pictures, heading an international team dedicated to enhancing news photography through content initiatives, business development and creative projects including award-winning multimedia essay Bearing Witness. She was Editor-in-Chief of Magnum Photos Paris for 12 years and Bureau Chief for Sipa Press in New York. She participates in juries and teaching to share her experience of the editorial photographic world.

Jassim Ahmad joined Reuters in 2000 and works in the Media division as Head of Visual Projects, with responsibility for advancing Reuters content identity through books, multimedia and other visual communications. Recent projects include Reuters – The State of the World, published in 10 languages and exhibited in 30 international cities; bestseller Reuters – Sport in the 21st Century; and acclaimed multimedia story Bearing Witness.
